Maps are a big part of a smartphone app and it's no different here at Conexie. In fact, the location option in Conexie is vital as it allows any user to view feedback, problems or chats that are geographically relevant to them, and also gives the account owners the most accurate information regarding the topics being communicated.
Each reporting option is able to be appended to a map which users can then find when they open their Conexie app and view the homepage or the Near Me Now page.
To request a user add their location when sending you an enquiry go to your workflow manager and select the level where you would like the location setting added. Click view, and then on the line next to location, click edit. You can drop a pin on the map, or add your address manually. Once done, click Add.
